5-day summer vacation
Monday, May 23, 2005Bohol is not my birthplace, i didn't grew up there. but my heart is in Bohol. and for the past six years, i was sad i didn't visit the place during summer. and now that i finally step on it again, hmm....there's soooo much to tell....here's a run through of my 5-day summer vacation in Bohol:
may 18, 2005
my departure day to tagbilaran, bohol. i was at the airport about 0630 to check-in my baggage.because i had an open ticket i had to wait for the chance passengers to fill up the open seats and unfortunately the plane was full na so wala na ko kasakay.....:( and i can't wait for the next flight because there ain't one. there's only one flight to Bohol. what i did was reroute my flight to Cebu. 0930 flight to cebu was full again so i had to wait for the 1240H sched.
and at last i got the 1240H flight to cebu. and from there, i transfered to weesum express (a small boat) to reach Tagbilaran...but before that, i met up with my bestfriend Bebang at SM cebu kay gusto siya muoban mag bakasyon....:) We arrived at Tagbilaran Bohol at exactly 1830H then transfered to a bus for a 2-hour drive to my desired destination, Jagna.
We arrived in Jagna at around 2045H. we supposedly have to ride a "habal-habal" (a motorcycle) to my mother's town but bf's volunteered to fetch us (he arrived early routing by boat). When we arrived at my mother's town, Lonoy, i aggressively greeted all my cousins and of course my parents and sister and brother and the dog...hehehe
There was a show titled "double kara" in the town's plaza. we weren't able to watched it cause katulgon na kaayo mi. And we have to get up early pa in the morning kay fiesta na pagkaugma....

fiesta day! feast of St. Joseph...we attended mass celebration at 1000H.I wasn't able to sing the songs the choir sung. they're so unknown. i mean, the songs are not common to me...but they sung it solemnly. After the mass was the christening of the first child of my cuzin Dindin, baby gabb...soo cute gabby...
At night there was a disco in their plaza...the songs were so baduy (no offense but it really is baduy) but sabay lang japon mi jamming and dancing through the night....lingaaaawwww...

sayo kaayo mi sa tubod...bugnaw kaayo!!! went to other town to visit other relatives...mabuhi jud diay ko kung magpuyo ko sa Bohol kay daghan kaayo muatiman sa ako.....:) i don't know all of them but they know me...sikat di ba? hehehe
at lunch, birthday celebration sa ako pinaka kalug na cousin, Bajoy. She lives in CDO but celebrated her birthday in Bohol...that's how much we (cousins) love Bohol. Well, its fun man gud if we celebrate our birthdays with all of our cousins present.. Then bf and i sneaked out and went to Tagbilaran to withdraw money for the outing on the next day...its my blow out man gud sa ako mga cousins kay dugay na daw ko wa'y uli uli sa Bohol. So my treat to them, ligo dagat in Dapdap white beach...How civilized the town is, di ba? wala jud ATM didto...sa Tagbilaran ra....:)

woke up early to get ready for the outing...i haven't seen Panglao (white) Beach resort. But i doubt if it will be much great than in Dapdap Resort! The view is soooo beautiful. Then in the afternoon, we dive in at Delilah's rock resort located downtown in Jagna. You'll never want to return hoem until early morning the next day...it's so nice!!! pics to be followed...you'll surely enjoy looking at the view, not th people inside the pic...pero pede na rin...hehehe

my last day in Bohol. and because it is, ligo for life na pud sa Tubod, said my goodbyes to all my aunt's and cousins and pamangkins...sakay sa "Tabuan" (the only bus who travels from lungsod to Lonoy). met up with Sherlock, my bf's barkada and my cousins' bf. sakay dayon voyage boat to my hometown, Cagayan de Oro.

arrived at CDO at 0230H. hssshh...woke up early para magpa reroute na sad kay ako open ticket MNL-TAG-MNL man...i had to get back to Manila this day kay pasok nako sa gabii....:( so bf sundo me at exactly 0730H pero sirado pa man ang PAL ticket office ana nga orasa...we went to bf's house na lang to relax. wew! but imbis na magrelax, bf's mother wanted us to go to their newly acquired land in Pagatpat, para magtanom ug mais! whaaaat? yes.....corn! and fruits daw....so we went. and surprisingly, i enjoyed planting....:) even though its very hot i still enjoyed planting the seeds....feeling nako gradeschool pa ko...di ba inana man ang graders...tanum tanum...heheheThen we went home to get my things and went to airport para hulat sa flight to Manila....

So that was it! my 5-day summer vacation 2005....dili kaayo fun noh?! hehehe... ibog mo? :)
